وَأَنْزَلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً بِقَدَرٍ فَأَسْكَنَّاهُ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَإِنَّا عَلَى ذَهَابٍ بِهِ لَقَادِرُونَ

Word by Word (2021) Translation

And We send down from the sky water, in (due) measure then We cause it to settle in the earth. And indeed, We, on taking away it, surely (are) Able.
